Those of you who have been interested in the Korean hip-hop scene will have seen artists such as TEAM NY and Lil Jaewoo steadily trying to rise to the surface by continuously experimenting with G-Funk a few years ago. Yeongpa, the daughter of the idol scene’s hiphop group, also tried G-punk. This time, DJ Lee ISAAC, who appeared in episode 19 of , also brought some delicious G-Funk tracks. This is [DANZE VOL.1].

[DANZE VOL.1], as the name suggests, is music that is good to listen to while dancing. G-Funk’s unique heavy drums, leisurely tempo, and synthesizer have been reinterpreted in a modern way, giving it a new taste. In particular, the tracks that used vocoders were quite interesting. In the 00s, when Daft Punk was active in disco and house, the vocoder sound became very popular. I enjoyed it because it reminded me of that time.

Listen to ISAAC’s [DANZE VOL.1] and feel the 20’s style G-Funk!
